BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located at 1832 Gunbarrel Road, being on the southeast line of Gunbarrel Road southwest of Igou Gap Road. Part of lot 3, Citizens Bank and Trust Company Subdivision, as shown by plat of record in plat book 4, page 48, ROHC; being the property described in deed book 4892, page 49, ROHC. Tax Map No. 159A-A-4. from R-1 Residential Zone to C-2 Convenience Commercial Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 0C 1. Growth Corridor Design Standards; 2. Attached landscape conditions; 3. The development shall have one driveway from Gunbarrel Road, subject to the approval of the Traffic Engineer; and 4. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
